A: for sample order , By air express is suggested on account of its rapidity and convenience ,Also DDP door to door(tax paid) service can be offered for customers in EU , North America ,Japan and Australia.

A: Yes,A few samples of our popular models are available. Ready to ship Samples do not support customization in components.

6. Q: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?
A: Quality is priority.Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.we have Guarantee 1 year for the whole bike & 2 year for the battery & 3 years for the frame.

A: T/T is the main payment terms, other payments can also can be negotiated. Bulk order is 30% T/T as deposit, Balance before delivery ,sample order is 100% T/T(****** insurance order and payment also works).
8.Q: Which colors are available? Can we attach our logo or brand on the bicycles?
A: The colors can be customized. Your logo or brand can be attached as your requirements. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
